The customer service was brilliant, my board came so quickly! (Especially compared to gear I’ve ordered from other sites). And after a follow up query with customer services about an issue, Sarah was quick to reply and went above and beyond in understanding and rectifying it. Couldn’t recommend enough and now just excited to use my board!
Have the goods that you are selling online actually in stock. Don't take the payment, then email a day or two later to offer vouchers or refunds because you don't have the item you were selling. All too often, online sellers advertise goods at prices that beat their competitors but don't actually have those goods. Its a rotten practice and wastes customers time effort and money.

I bought a pair of skis advertised at a good price, paid for them, then received an email saying they weren't available, a mistake, fair enough and refunded a few days later.

Very good service
Ordered one evening, despatched next morning, delivered (to Aberdeenshire) next day so all very efficient and a 5 star service.
On this occasion I would have been happy with a free/slower delivery service as £3 delivery for a £5 order isn't great - but £3 is less than it would cost me to drive to a shop and park so I shouldn't complain!

Not an accurate description on website. The item I wanted was not accurately described on the website. The mittens should have had goat skin palms but were in fact rubber. The parcel was delivered quickly but I had to returned it at my own cost.

Slow delivery
Ordered a hat, a light, small package on Saturday morning for a trip leaving on Wednesday night. Paid £5 for additional postage charges. Didn’t arrive in time and was eventually delivered Thursday evening - on the 6th day after an express order.
