I have not yet received the product, but based on the customer service, friendliness, response time, and helpfulness, this company could not have been more perfect. Despite contacting me to confirm the details before printing, one box was sent with the wrong spelling of the name and the completely wrong date. A replacement gift box was sent, but didn’t arrive in time, so the surprise was ruined unfortunately.
