The gift arrived with a broken wooden lid…
The gift arrived with a wooden flap broken! Rang the company the moments after delivery and the person answering apologised profusely and ordered an immediate replacement box…..full marks although the box was delayed and arrived a day late!
However full marks for effort. ✔️

Fab experience. Was dispatched fast, and great looking bottle of wine.
Only thing I would say, if they should put a sign on the box saying this way up. But wrapped very well, no damage at all.
