I can only comment on the process of setting up the policy, which was simple and fuss free. The true value of a policy is the effectiveness of the company if and when you need to claim. I hope I don't need to, but insurance obviously serves that function if I do. The general reviews seem to be good from previous customers who have claimed and the website worked well when I used it. Fingers crossed that Car2Cover is as five star as it looks.

5 * Simple and quick to arrange GAP insurance
5 * for simple and quick quote and arrangement of GAP insurance. Competitive rate. Of course the proof is in the pudding IE if a claim is paid promptly and that's something I'm not keen to find out.

I started this experience on my I Pad but got totally tied up with it & the web site did'nt seem to want to work well. I gave up & transferred to our desk top computer & it was then a breeze.
Hopefully I wont need to use any of the insurances but it gives peace of mind.

I would have given 5 stars but completing the application form online was a bit of a nightmare. I was inputting the same information on different forms and it didn’t help when the site appeared to crash. When I phoned the company there was a recorded message to say the phone system was down.As I’d previously had a policy with the company I thought getting a new one would have been easier.

Great value, efficient, easy to claim
Easy to buy policies. Very competitive rates compared with franchised dealers.
I’ve had multiple policies on 3 previous cars and made various claims for tyres, alloys and scratch and dent which are always settled promptly with excellent service. Standard of repairs also excellent No hesitation in recommending
