Good Afternoon, Just a wee quick email to say that I've received my order today at 1215 hrs and I only ordered the bulbs yesterday afternoon. What an absolute surprise to have my order delivered so quickly and to Aberdeen. i've installed the bulbs into my caravan already and all good, such a pleasure to deal with a company that understates delivery times and overdelivers. We received your order on a Saturday evening and the order email was immediatley generated and sent to your email address. We packed and sent your order via Royal Mail's tracked 24 service the following Monday and it is tracked as delivered to your delivery address Tuesday. A google map review along with the delivery photo shows that it ws delivered to the delivery address. We have receieved no communcaiton from you other than the order, please email if you are unhappy and we will do what we can but you received the order well within the quoted delivery time frame?

I am sorry to hear that you have not received your order. After leaving this negative review on 7th September you emailed on 9th September to let us know that you have not received your order. Following from your email, we checked the order and have replied confirming that your order left in the first class post the day after ordering. We have requested that you confirm your delivery address and have also offered to resend the order once the address is confirmed.
