This was the second test for me, following one last year, and a new test for my partner and daughter. The test is a real eye opener when it comes to understanding the foods that really affect you and being able to make choices that can improve your life. Being able to address the issues and find that a relief for the chronic fatigue that I have suffered, just be removing the food triggers, has been phenomenal. The items that were problematic, for all of us, would have been difficult to determine without the help of the test. It gives you a good starting point for observing the affects of those foods more closely. There were only 1 or 2 items that I would also have liked to know about, which may not be relevant to this test, but sugars and gelatin are additional factors that are of interest.

Overall a very poor experience. Took them almost a month to send the kit, apparently the first one got lost somewhere not sure where. They promised to send another on within 48hrs recorded delivery and that my results would be available within 48hrs of receiving it. Well sent my bloods on Monday no results until I chased on Friday, the tracking system said they had not received anything. By Monday I messaged again, received an email saying the results were ready went on the website no results to be seen. Messaged again and the guy updated my results within 15mins. Possibly the only reason why it even got a star. Although it was a lot of hassle and took me more than a month and a half to get a simple blood work done, the chat service was the only thing that was great about this whole experience.

Thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you were unable to take enough blood for testing. Our systems show a free replacement kit was dispatched and a sample was unable to be taken again. Our team provided a full refund at the end of January. The kit requires you to provide quite a lot of blood. Two lancets are provided. I found it impossible, despite following their instructions to the letter. I returned the kit and asked for a refund. I was offered more lancets. Not fit for purpose I'm afraid.

We do now have a new supplier of much more effective lancets. Our team would be happy to dispatch a replacement vial and new lancets to you to complete your testing and have been in contact again via email. I hope this helps.
