I received the result in about a week from sending the sample. The report was clear and easy to understand.
When I tried to buy the test the website wast working and I had to report it to the support team via the live chat. The status updates to report they had received the same, it was in the lab, being processed etc didn't get updated so I thought it was lost in the post until i suddenly got the results.
Overall I am happy.
Where to begin? The positive about this test is the quick delivery of the test and results. Now the down side. It comes with 2 lancets and both were broken which made it extremely hard to get blood from my finger tips. I had to break open one of them and ended up making over 20 cut marks on my arm, which was extremely painful just to fill the 6 circles required. I was not able to fully fill all but got pretty close after almost an hour. It left my arm extremely bruised and in pain.
The results showed I had no intolerance or allergies to items I am currently allergic to. Those items have been verified through previous allergy testing as well as elimination diet after feeling extremely sick. After questioning the results, their was response was very quick as well.
It is definitely not worth the money in my opinion. My money would have been better spent somewhere else that did not cause my arm so much pain and bruising.

Results seem to be ok and came quickly.
To book the nutritionist appointment it just says “get in touch”. I emailed 6 days ago and live chat around 3 days ago.. both times told someone would be in contact, but still waiting to hear back

Relatively quick delivery. Had to read instructions a few times, wasn’t abundantly clear but overall good experience and would probably recommend.- Test was for Ovarian Cancer, thankfully negative!

I paid to find out what intolerances my child has and the results reacted to all the foods he ear and the foods he does not appeared negative. Then the team explained that test reacts to the food we eat often and it may not be intolerance. I requested refund and nothing. Avoid.

The practicality of the test was brilliant and instructions to take the test were very comprehensive and easy to follow. My results came within a couple of days of posting. The quality of the report was very good, however highlighted a non-allergy to dust mites which previously appeared as positive in other hospital tests. I am still awaiting my 30 mins free advice call from the consultant.
