I was very nervous ordering such an expensive item online, and worried about the quality of the goods, also not knowing the retailer so I phoned and was impressed and reassured that I was dealing with a very professional and helpful company. I was kept informed throughout the purchase and extremely impressed by the quality of the earring studs I purchased.

I have ordered a couple of wedding rings and as they have the option to order a sample 1st, I’m so glad I did as the 1st was just a little small for me, so hopefully the 2nd will be just what I’m looking for. If I had to be negative about anything, it would be that you don’t get a tracking number so you don’t know when it’s going to arrive, and as you have to sign for it, you just have to make sure you are in when it’s going to be delivered.

Lovely items, well priced, nice padded black presentation boxes in attractive packaging. Nic to have a valuation and purchase certificate and Delivery was, exactly as promised. Can’t fault anything.

I made a couple of mistakes ordering. They sorted everything out, and made sure I had everything right, and I ended up with a beautiful ring which was exactly what I wanted. Thank you

Thrilled with my beautiful earrings. Had to return as was a little concerned about the tightness of the fixing with one of them. Good communication with company all fixed and returned back to me within a week. They also payed the return postage.

Couldnt fault service on changing my mind about order they were quick to send what i preferred.Only downside it didnt look like quite like the picture but i love it anyway.
