When a delay occurred importing diamonds they notified me and clearly worked hard to minimise the delay in arrival so that it was with me before my deadline: thank you for that effort and for the communications! The Eternity Ring is superb and my wife is absolutely delighted - thank you very much. The website worked very well and allowed enormous choice - almost too much!! - but being able to tweek each of the variables was very helpful. (NB: I had to order a slightly larger ring to deal with a swollen knuckle but specialist suppliers provided a satisfactory 'reducer' to solve the problem. It can be done!)

Similar to other reviews I was a little apprehensive of buying a diamond ring on line. My fears were unfounded. I found the website very easy and helpful to use as I was able to see what the different shapes and sizes of diamond would look like before making my final selection. After I had placed my order Abelini kept me updated about my purchase and delivery time. When I received my ring it was beautifully presented and it was exactly as described. I am very pleased with my purchase and the price I paid.

I very much like the custom lab diamond selection option. To make it even better, to be the first UK retailer to have additional diamond certificate options like gcal 8x or ags and what would be really great to offer actual ideal scope, asset scope and other imaging from the actual diamond, like U.S. retailers White Flash or James Allen. Would also be great to include filter options to find diamonds by desired table, crown angle, pavillion angle, crown depth and height percentages

Ordered solitaire ring- stone lovely and sparkly. Would like the shank to be bit more substantial but overall a beautiful ring. Arrived day early-beautiful packaging. Would use again
