Beautifully boxed earrings . They came in a normal jewellery box inside a much larger box. Very good quality box Although maybe could have been in a smaller box. Really loved the earrings purchased.

When I had a query they dealt with it efficiently and quickly. They were nice to speak to on the phone. The query was because some weeks had passed and I hadn't seen an order confirmation or received my goods. I would not have queried it if I had I understood from the website when I ordered that the product was made to order so would take a number of days. If it was on the website it wasn't prominent enough for me to know this. The product was so nice the wait would not be an issue and it being made to order makes it more special.
