I'm not a person for leaving a review but it this instance it deserves it. When my order arrived it was one bottle short and evidence of a breakage all over the remaining bottle covered up by delivery company. Filled with dread I thought I'm in for a prolonged dispute with the wine shop. Completely wrong.....I contacted them in the afternoon and they were very understanding. The next morning my order order was at my front door!!!! I will definitely be using them for all my future wine orders and so should you!!

I still haven’t received my order. I ordered x 3 lots of tonic. Expensive tonic and a week later and still not arrived. Ordered for the pink grapefruit and told Wednesday out of stock, never asked if I still wanted rest of order, and then order still not sent out, only after I rang on Friday to ask was I told that my order would be dispatched that day. Poor service and lady not v helpful on phone. Just said that don’t have to send until five working days as per their policy. Awaiting my lovely tonics but will go elsewhere in future. Just hoping I will actually receive them!
