Great product and great service. Having been so happy with my current pair of Scarpa Margarita shoes, this order was to replace the old ones. This new model has changed a little from my original pair with a rand now fitted around the whole of the shoe. With my old pair well worn in, the new shoes were slightly tighter at first when putting them on, but with a few days use they have settled in perfectly. The sizing is fine and fits the same as previously. When I placed my order with Addnature they had only one pair left in my size and so I hoped the computer stock level was correct. I paid by paypal and the email correspondence from them was great. Confirmation of the order was followed a day later by confirmation of despatch. Coming from Germany to the UK I guessed there would be at least a couple of day’s wait for the package. To my surprise, the package arrived the next day, a Saturday which usually incurs a surcharge. ‘Chapeau’ to Addnature and many thanks. All in all, I give the shoes and the service 5 stars.

We asked to cancel our order within minutes of placing it. We didn't get a reply to our emails until days later when they had shipped the goods. The actual item we bought was at a good price and the goods were as described but we were not able to use when we required them because they didn't reply when we tried to contact them. As soon as the goods were eventually delivered they sent lots of emails requesting feedback etc. I wouldn't normally review badly but as they have requested that we review here it is.

We are sorry to hear this! Unfortunately there is only a small window of opportunity to cancel an order before it is handed over to the third party delivery carrier. Due to increased demand, our response times are a little slower than normal. Please use the free return label and a refund will be authorised inclusive of postage fees.

Further to my previous comment, the Lundhag Vandra II High Boots which I ordered have successfully been delivered, although they did cost me an additional £72 due to post BREXIT import duties. Obviously, although niggley, this is NOT the supplier's fault, but I feel I should point this out in order to make people aware of these new taxes. For Addnature's part they were faultless and I appreciate the discount voucher they offered in recompense for the failure of the original delivery due to circumstances beyond anyones control. Thankyou very much for getting the boots to me despite the pandemic, BREXIT and foul weather. These are some of the best boots money can buy, but are unfortunately impossible or at least not easy to come by in the UK.

Took 3 weeks to deliver. Customer service hard to rate since there was no need for this, simple internet purchase. The goods: Mens Fjallraven abisko trousers. Very pleased but I bought long length which left me with a good 12cm hem to take up. Next time I will look for regular length. (I am 6'1" with inside leg 34" so not a short man). Anyway, that's better than being too short in the leg.

The Icebugs are great. They give me confidence in the snowy, icy weather we are having at the moment in the north of Scotland. They fit well and keep my feet warm, dry and warm. The overshoes are useful. Delivery was slower than usual because of Brexit and Covid. Addnature were very helpful.

Delivery failure due to unfortunate combination of CoVid19 regulations, BREXIT related disruption and the system being overworked with Crimas deliveries. Addnature apologised and issued a refund plus 10% discount voucher against future orders. I'll give them one more try, but if that fails then I give up.

The product we ordered as a Christmas gift was confirmed & a tracking number was sent. A few days later (very close to Christmas so too late to order another present) we received an email saying ‘thank you for your return’ so we wondered if it was a mistake as there was NO EXPLANATION! We understand there are some issues at the borders but we were very disappointed and confused that no explanation was provided until we emailed to chase up the order.

My order was not delivered. Got an email 9 days after placing my order, from addnature to tell me that my return had been received and that they would be processing a refund. How could I have returned an order that I have not received? No further communication from addnature, very disappointing.
