One of the lamp fittings is too small for a living room and because I couldn’t tell from the pictures, I bought & fitted it as it’s ok , just not how I saw it fitting . However if you had shown more pictures of the lamp on different settings, in various rooms, I would have had a better idea of what I was buying. After all internet shopping is done with info presented by the seller. The seller should take precautions to ensure the product is well understood on their pages to minimise returns.

I was awaiting thrbexpected delivery estimates tomrbof arrival as stated in the confirmation email. No time or day of delivery was sent, and it was just dumped in my front garden, there was no attempt at even knocking on the door or ringing the door bell have a clear sign on the door for deliveries, two bells, one live video and my phone number, and there was a person in the house, luckily who saw him dump n run, so could bring it in, as it was raining, the 12 bulbs were just left on top, box not even closed. The item itself I'd beautiful, but thr delivery meant it could have easily been stolen from my door step, as I was away that week, but luckily I had my mum popping in that day. Product great, delivery service awful.

Light Damage

Light delivered with slight damage to fitting cup. Product looks good and was delivered on time. Just the disappointment in receiving a product which has been damaged.

If you believe this to be a fault with the product, please email us with images of the suspected fault for us to investigate. Regarding returns on un-damaged, non-faulty items, it's outlined in our terms & conditions that we do not offer free returns. This allows us to keep our products affordable.

Awful delivery, left outside, not even a knock on the door.

We understand the importance of careful handling and communication and apologise for falling short on this occasion. We acknowledge the issues you raised regarding communication, package condition, and delivery process. Your concerns are valid, and we regret any inconvenience caused. Communication issues. I’m

Item arrived as ordered, however, we were not informed that it had been dispatched. When the item arrived on a pallet, the delivery vehicle did not have a tail lift and so could not offload the pallet. I had to assist with stripping the product off the pallet in order to accept delivery. Had I not been there, delivery could not have been completed. It is essential that your company inform the customer when items have been dispatched, as you state innyour order confirmation email.
