I am always apprehensive when buying anything online as you never know what the outcome will be. However, I can honestly say that the Customer Service I experienced with Moonlight Design is one of the best I have ever had. I chose what I wanted, it was delivered within 2 days and the protective packaging meant there was no chance of breakage! Will be looking to purchase more!

The tiffany table lamp arrived quickly and was well packed. However the colours of the lamp were very different to the ones in th e online picture. This lamp was bought specifically to match our existing tiffany ceiling lampshade and colours in the Liiberty material on our settees. The colours are not an a slight variation but totally different. Therefore the picture online is very deceptive .

Placed the order and item arrived early. Although the base was slightly damaged, contacted their service desk and sent a photo as requested new item was received the following day. If only other companies were as helpful and curious as this company. They supply good quality item at good prices and would recommend them highly

Excellent and incredibly prompt service for 5 garden drive lamps. The only thing that let them down was their courier company (not their fault therefore..) who piled the entire days deliveries on top of the lamps - even though they were sealed with tape marked "FRAGILE"! Thankfully no damage as the lamps were very well packaged with protective material.

Overall I am happy with the service and the product supplied. However, I was shocked and very disappointed to find in the instructions received with the light that it is, effectively, a throw away item when the bulb fails. This wasn’t obvious on the website.

Integrated LED products are more energy-efficient but we do appreciate that the inability to replace the light source in some products does prove inconvenient and sometimes costly.
