I am really pleased with my new artwork and I cannot fault customer services. It was such a shame that I had to contact them though. The original artwork was damaged and had to be returned. The second artwork had a few issues with the frame but nothing that was too much of a problem. However, the packaging was an issue. Both boxes were open and damaged when they were delivered. The artwork is only covered with brown paper which is not very protective when boxes are being thrown around in a delivery van. I really appreciate that Abstract House are trying to be plastic free but it might be worth considering the three trips made by DPD to my house which did not help with the company's carbon footprint. Despite all of this, I love the artwork that Abstract House offer and I am already researching my next piece. Many thanks also to Will at Customer Services who dealt with and resolved my issues very promptly.

Beautiful frame, amazing - faultless - packaging BUT one question: you keep saying ‘solid wood….solid wood …..solid wood’ etc in your ads but is the frame I bought solid OAK as I was led to believe? I’d love to know please. I’m suspicious as there’s a curious smudge - it’s as if the grain is actually part of a decorative surface finish… Hope to hear from you soon. Best wishes Catherine

Art arrived quickly and properly packaged. The quality is lower than I expected for the price.

Beautiful quality and well packed

Good service and delivery. But the item is below par, considering the price. We ordered a frame 90x150 canvas, and at almost £400, we were expecting better quality. The gaps between the canvas and the frame are very uneven, and this is apparent when the canvas is hung. The frame is solid wood (as described) but low-quality timber meaning it flexes easily. The frame bows inwards by 5-10mm on the longer edge.
