I ordered the test for my blue staffy who has some allergies and skin issues. I was sceptical at first. However I had speedy test results. I sent my sample off on the Monday (1st class signed for) and I received the results by Friday afternoon. The online chat team were very quick to answer any questions. Also I like to think the test results are quiet reliable as I know she has issues with beef and turkey and they both came back as 100% reactive. This has made me feel more at ease with the results and the only food I was giving her with a 100% reaction was yoghurt. I feel that this test has helped me narrow down and able to eliminate more foods I hadn't even considered. The only downfall was , the app I downloaded would not work. However it turns out I didn't need the app, and the tracking system on your main page wasn't kept up to date. when I contacted your chat team informed me the exact date and time the sample had been received.

Submitted my puppy’s fur for testing. Result came back indicating reaction to all the items he was currently eating plus many items he has never had contact with. Whilst I appreciate that the test shows any reactive items, the 12 pages of the report were full of caveats disclaiming the test and finished with a statement that the test process had not been scientifically proved. I was left feeling that I had paid for a test, at a time when I had serious concerns about my new pet’s health, and it was only once I had paid for the test and received the results did I learn that it was not based on any proven science. The report was of no help to me whatsoever and I feel cheated. The whole process meant that here was a delay of nearly two weeks in then going to the vet and starting again. In the meantime, my puppy was crying with the irritation and itching he was suffering.

Did not think they explain the test results very well… and when I asked customer service questions re the results they gave probable answers! Wasn’t impressed at all. Waste of money

I would like my money back as I can no longer find the email that I was suppose to follow on how to do my test I thought I was ordering tests kits which would be posted out to me. So i have paid for two test and have not be able to do them

Very few ‘dog ‘ foods given as allergies. I discovered my dog is allergic to iceberg lettuce and artichokes as such🙈

Not as clear as I assumed it would be.

I’m not really sure what I was expecting from the test other than to list items my dog was allergic to. I was getting confused with the results as some items I wouldn’t clearly feed to my dog. Perhaps a blood test would’ve been easier as I wanted to know what was causing the dogs allergies and upset tummy.

Ordering the test was easy, however the test results did not achieve the results one would have expected and easy enough to point to any particular remedy. In essence the results were medium or high risk, ruling out most food intake.

Don’t waste your money

I personally this the results given from hair isn’t an exact science, it states that the items your dogs don’t eat won’t be picked out but my dog doesn’t eat peanuts or a lot of items on the list but they were on, apparently she is an intolerance to broccoli but has no reaction to it at all! She’s allergic to chicken but it says nothing about that

A waste of your money

A waste of money. I had to chase them to get results. I doubt this was actually accurate. It did nothing for me, apart from wasted my money. I paid extra for express results, they took for ever, I had to chase them for results. They never refunded the extra I paid.. Pls go to a vet and do a serious test, this is just a waste of time

I had to chase constantly and despite paying for expediated results, it arrived no quicker than had I not bothered. At first the result appeared to be for a human as they contained food that I cannot believe a dog would ever be offered, all in all I didn’t find the results helpful

I can see that the test sample you mailed to our lab arrived at our UK lab Friday 6th October and the results were emailed Monday 9th October, the following business day. Our priority testing service promises a 2-business day turnaround on test results, compared to our standard testing period of up to 5 business days. As your test results were emailed the following business day, they were certainly received within the promised priority testing period. Our pet test is one of the most comprehensive on the market and tests for most common pet food items, but also covers a variety of human foods that pets may unintentionally consume. Paid for express service. Don't waste your money, they said they didn't receive until 10 day's after posting. 48 hrs service from that point should of meant receiving results by Friday but I didn't receive which meant I didn't receive results until after bank holiday weekend

Please be aware, mail sent with Royal Mail first-class can currently take up to 14 business days due to the effects of last year's strikes and depot closures. While these delays account for 20% of delivered mail, your sample did not arrive with our lab until the date we confirmed via email. Upon receipt at our lab, all samples are scanned in and an automatic email is sent to the customer to confirm receipt. Samples are scanned as arrived the same day they are delivered as per our accredited audit trail system. I sent off my testing pot for my dog at the end of November and I am yet to hear any correspondence back whatsoever. I was informed it may take up to 20 working days but we are way past that and I’ve heard nothing. Not even a note to say my post hasn’t been received
