PROS: Web site is amazing, ordering is a doddle, coms with wicky were amazing. CONS: palletways end of line delivery a night mare, no phone call hour before delivery, they basically dumped and ran, whilst moaning about pallet ways.

An unexpectedly high number of orders has led to an overload for us and for some of our transport partners. I only wanted to change colour of the slide and it meant cancelling the order and reordering, the latter now I am not inclined to do as they still havnt cancelled the order a week later
