PROS: Web site is amazing, ordering is a doddle, coms with wicky were amazing.
CONS: palletways end of line delivery a night mare, no phone call hour before delivery, they basically dumped and ran, whilst moaning about pallet ways.
The delivery times stated were over a month less than the delivery time we were then quoted as soon as Wickey had taken our money. If you're going to have a big sale with the aim of attracting more customers then you should expect increased demand for the products and organise your business effectively. It was entirely misleading to state - before purchase- delivery timescales that weren't feasible but which the customer is only told about after they've parted with their money.
Quicker than expected delivery, great communication throughout including an additional part required. Kids love it and showing it to their friends.
