The initial website experience was good; the range is excellent; the samples arrived when expected - and are just what I need. However, the package that arrived had no sender details on the label, the packing note was un-branded, and there was no letter/compliment slip etc inside to give a clue who it was from! I checked my emails, identified the company I had requested the samples from, and wrote the details on the outside of the envelope - not ideal. By comparison, by the same post, I received samples from another company in a branded translucent envelope complete with an introductory letter, literature relating to other products, a branded pen, a branded keyring, and a small packet of Haribo sweets! Hopefully this gives some ideas to gain the 5th star! :)

Can’t fault the quick and efficient service and the quality of the envelopes! But the DPD delivery was very stressful and this may prevent me from using this shop again! When the delivery driver arrived I was on the phone with a very important call from my hospital Consultant. I answered the door, still with phone in hand, and apologised to the Consultant and put out my hand for the package and the delivery person said no he can’t give me the package for another 45 seconds?!! I said ok, just leave it on the bench on the drive I’m just taking a very important call….he wouldn’t do that either, said no I have to wait as he has to take a photo of me taking the package off him. What a palaver, you couldn’t make it up, even the Consultant, who heard the whole thing, thought the man was being ridiculous! So, I’ll think twice about getting my envelopes from here again. The man was a complete idiot!!!
