1. Stop using whatsapp for the online help. we don't all use it and we should never be forced to install something we don't already use and don't particularly want.
2. get that ridiculous buyer protection overlay off the page. it gets in the way when completing forms on the checkout page. You probably can afford a bigger screen or better spectacles but have a thought for the rest of us. It does not need to be an overlay.
3. make sure that the google recaptcha works in all browsers. I had to try four different browsers before I could pay the other day. That was my time I lost and I severely dislike people wasting my time
The product was exactly as described. Arrived promptly with good installation instructions. Does what it says on the tin.

Have been using them since their 'Software Geek' days and have never had a problem. Pricing already good but often better due to their frequent offers.
Can't speak for their customer service as I've never had to raise any concerns with them - they send comprehensive instructions with every order and the activation codes always work.
Happy to recommend them.

I have bought many licences from the Unity Soft (and Software Geeks before that) - I have never had a problem with downloads or keys, or activating software. I only hope the move to subscription software doesn’t put them out of business.
