1. Stop using whatsapp for the online help. we don't all use it and we should never be forced to install something we don't already use and don't particularly want.
2. get that ridiculous buyer protection overlay off the page. it gets in the way when completing forms on the checkout page. You probably can afford a bigger screen or better spectacles but have a thought for the rest of us. It does not need to be an overlay.
3. make sure that the google recaptcha works in all browsers. I had to try four different browsers before I could pay the other day. That was my time I lost and I severely dislike people wasting my time
Processing of the order was good, the disappointment is why I had to purchase a new licence, the current one little over 3yrs old suddenly needed reactivating but wouldn't. No idea why, running on same device and it hasn't been reinstalled. In the end they offered a new licence with 50% discount

Good experience and have since placed further order.
The ordering process was easy and acknowledged by email with product key immediately - make sure to check your junk mail if it’s not arrived. I needed to contact Support and Mark was really helpful in getting my issue sorted out. I’ve since ordered another product.

Very patient re the problems I had with the software. I disagree (at least partially) about what the problem was, but when I bought a newer version I was refunded for the version that hadn't worked

Got what I asked for very quickly, however I had a technical issue and the help amounted to 'restart your pc' in the end I found a YouTube video that fixed my problem

Very good with instructions. Maybe include a YouTube link on how to install for others and issues with the network driver which I had, I resolved this by looking on YouTube
