There is a glitch on your website where it wouldn't allow me to add the hand luggage coming back so I've had to book with one hand luggage down on the way back I am hoping that you will be able to rectify this asap

After reviewing your file, we have been able to verify that the responsible department has informed you via email that you correctly included priority boarding (which includes 10kg hand baggage and one carry-on bag that must fit under the seat) throughout the process of configuring your booking. You can check this in the email you received yesterday with your booking details.
