As there were difficulties with the payment, as my sister paid for the cruise, I exchanged a lot of emails and had a lot of phone calls with Ms. Oliver. There is a glitch on your website where it wouldn't allow me to add the hand luggage coming back so I've had to book with one hand luggage down on the way back I am hoping that you will be able to rectify this asap
