Absolutely amazing. I was ordering before from few different online shops so I got quite few to compare I can easily say this one is the best one. All the products I brought arrived ( from different shops once it comes to delivery there are actualy many products that are not available but they were in the basket, while here I had all the products - this is a main one for me) price and dates - amazing all products even from fridge with long dates ( usually when I was buying from different shops most of them didn't have long or were literally for couple days ) deliver really quick. I'm really happy and definitely will buy again

Do not recommend shopping from them . I did not receive my shopping at all, and they do not want to help with that. All what they say is that DHL is showing that I did receive parcel which is not true . I could easily go to shop and buy those products not order from. At that moment I do not have money or shipping . Contact with them is very difficult. As a customer I did expect help from your side not me calling delivery company

Excellent service :-)))))))
The parcel was delivered on time next day by DHL. I would like to convey the big thank you to everybody who contributed towards packing my ordered goods. The parcel contents were wrapped with care, i.e. jars were secured by plastic bags and bubble wrap, perishables like kabanos and cheese stored in the special metallic bags and plastic bags with cold water to keep them fresh. The box was lined up with the plastic bag, gaps filled with paper space fillers. I was IMPRESSED. Thank you for making Thursday my day! PS. Is there any chance to order ‘Flaki po zamojsku’ by Pudliszki? I love them so much! ))))))))))) Thank you!

All is fine and fast. The only problem is that some items are not marked as missing and I can buy them but you are not able to deliver. Your site must be more up to date. Also it's not easy to find some items unless I don't know exacly what you call them. Otherwise great offers and good products.

Everything was packed yo perfection ( sometimes I feel guilty that you have to use so much packegin) evry frigile item was wrapped with care ,evrything was fresh and those ice pacets were still frozen so they were keeping food nice and cool also very fast delivery as well.thank you so much

Good quality Polish food sent using carefull packaging. Dates are all well within use-by range, glass bottles individually bubble-wrapped. Meat products hermetically packed and inside a separate thermo-isolating bag with added ice pouches.
Good value, too.
Arrived swiftly.

Dostawa w miare szybka, chociaz zamowilam przed samymi swietami, wiec troszke dluzej to zajelo poniewaz byly dni wole od pracy. Towar tak jak opisany. Wszytko sie zgadza z zamowieniem. Dostawa przez DHL firme, wiec wiedzialam o ktorej godzinie dokladnie paczke dostane co ulawia czas oczekiwania w domu. Dziekuje za przesylke i napewno skorzystam z dalszych zakupow w waszej firme.

Never had issues with Foodplus
Never really had issues with Foodplus. Ordered few times. Only one time had few products close to be out of date but it was this kind od food that it doesn't really matter. Always really fast, nothing was missing. If they didn't have something depends of what was chosen when checking out they gave similar product or refund. Nice variety of Polish products.

Great customer service.
The info on the web is misleading, as it states the delivery comes within 48 hrs and that was not the case.
Also, it would be good to have more variety of products, including fresh produce.
