Hi The items are 18 plus restricted and you spent days arguing your not sending ID , so we cancelled, end of, we wont be sending crossbows to northern ireland without any Id, wake up and smell the coffee!

Ah the guy who wasnt it TWICE when DPD tried, then waits days and says oh its to late now to rearrange - so it was returned to us, then its our fault he didnt get his order and expected us to pay to send for a second time...unbelieveable! The brass neck of some people, we paid his postage to him, we paid to have it returned then he expects us to pay a third time for his lordship...

How strange you have been emailing me for days especially on a saturday night that you handnt had your pardel fast enough (chose free delivery) and going away so we need to cancel, even though proved to him with tracking it had already been collected and was on its way for monday..where is the scam, you had order email you had tracking, you had free delivery and still complaining...some people are just weird!

Emailed to say doesnt know how to use a firesteel but watched a youtube video so this firestell must be faulty as cant work it, then starts insults....dear oh dear
