Advertised food with a 3 year date sent food with just 6 months sell by date. When I contacted them they said the packing has now changed and will last longer than the date anyway.

I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Great products and business idea, but lacking in terms of communication. I placed an order a week or two ago and, although I know that 1 of the items was still awaiting arrival at the warehouse, there’s been no email to reassure me that the order is still live, no estimated delivery date etc.

terrible communication, only told me there was an issue after I had chased up the order. I requested a refund As the order hasn’t been completed.

Quick delivery, would of got 5 stars if their prices were better as the food items are expensive

Slow to despatch, eventually some of the goods arrived. Waiting for rest. Faster and cheaper to get some stuff directly form china. Somewhat misleading descriptions. Colors in Main title in capitals but read descriotion carefully as you might not get what is in picture. This one is on me.

At the time I was asked to rate the service, my order had still not yet arrived, 6 days after the order was placed. I have had things delivered from China in less time. At this point in time, I have received nothing so I really cant give a rating above 1*!

Would have got the 5 stars as they've always got my orders out bang on and had them here before expected but last order I feel I got yanked around a bit even after a few correspondents with the shop and thanks to Trusted shop where your purchase is protected it needed me to tell ukpreppingshop I'd received an email from them regarding my order before it got sent and sent sharpish so for that it drops a star as I feel idve had a problem if they had not contacted me..

I bought a 600g tin a few months back. I was quite happy with the initial quality, however there was at least a 5th of the tin that was fragmented/tiny bits/complete dust. I did purchase 2 more tins (600g), however the first one I opened does appear to be OVER freeze dried. I'm disappointed in the quality. However, I'm more disappointed as I wanted to find a regular supplier of the freeze dried chicken. Please can we talk as I need to return the tin I have opened?

It was easy to place the order and your order acknowledgement did detail prices and Taxes. Couldn't find a link to full invoice but we can cope with what we have. Not used the product yet as our delivery address is an unmanned rescue base but managed to redirect to local post office.

Clarify that the item pictured may not be the same as the item supplied ..... or supply the exact same item that is pictured. If someone emails you about such an issue then perhaps reply to them also. Otherwise, all good.

Received on time. Well packaged. I can not give five stars as i have not tried the food its in my SHTF bug out kit.
