I ordered the Thursday 28th before Good Friday - so understand the delay but I messaged on the 3rd and 4th as still did not receive it and it arrived on the 5th. I sent 2 emails and had no response. I also asked a question about a cross bow and had not response so bought off another site I paid 6 for next day delivery so should have had it on the 3rd April.

Clarify that the item pictured may not be the same as the item supplied ..... or supply the exact same item that is pictured.
If someone emails you about such an issue then perhaps reply to them also.
Otherwise, all good.

Hi
The items are 18 plus restricted and you spent days arguing your not sending ID , so we cancelled, end of, we wont be sending crossbows to northern ireland without any Id, wake up and smell the coffee!

Ah the guy who wasnt it TWICE when DPD tried, then waits days and says oh its to late now to rearrange - so it was returned to us, then its our fault he didnt get his order and expected us to pay to send for a second time...unbelieveable!
The brass neck of some people, we paid his postage to him, we paid to have it returned then he expects us to pay a third time for his lordship...

How strange you have been emailing me for days especially on a saturday night that you handnt had your pardel fast enough (chose free delivery) and going away so we need to cancel, even though proved to him with tracking it had already been collected and was on its way for monday..where is the scam, you had order email you had tracking, you had free delivery and still complaining...some people are just weird!

I've only dealt with this company a few times but have always been happy and not left ripped off or annoyed or disappointed I will keep shopping from there and I do recommend it.
To be honest some of the stuff there is cheaper than elsewhere but now and again you might find it a bit cheaper elsewhere as well so it's sort of works itself out anyway very happy with this company and think we shouldn't go crazy but prepare a bit for the unaware

Rude and dismissive. The fire steel is too small to be useful, very average reviews of it on Amazon and fobbed off with watch some videos. It is possible to get a spark but is unreliable in practice and not suitable for serious use.
