I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ...
I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system.
All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Positive feedback.
The results took about ten days to come, and confirmed a few suspicions, but also showed me a few things I didn’t know about.
One issue was coconut wasn’t tested, it’s a rare allergy but it’s good to know if it’s a problem as coconut and coconut oil are in so many products these days.
