I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ...
I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system.
All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.
Did not confirm receipt of the sample. Had to be chased to confirm this and had to be
chased to supply the results.

Le test a inscrit les aliments que j’avais beaucoup consommer dans les jours avant le test et non ceux dont je suis intolérantes. Je suis intolérante au produit laitier et nul part il a sorti dans le test.
Il m’a dit que j'avais 6 allergies et je n’ai aucune allergie c’était des aliments que ne consommais à chaque jour. Le procéder n’est pas bon malheureusement

This did nothing for me.
This did nothing for me, felt quite bogus. I think it just measured what I eat regularly and a lot of. Basically what your system has the most of in it at the time. The allergies that I know that I have did not show up at all.

Very detailed.
Very detailed report, easish to understand. I believe it will be helpful in understanding how these foods & other items effect my health,& how to go about making changes if & when I can.
It's a very comprehensive intolerance test that's provided but I do question it's accuracy as I feel I do not have an intolerance to some items mentioned.

It took several emails for me to get my results and then my result basically said i was allergic to nothing. I takke 3-4 allergy pills per day and still have allergy attacks daily. There is no way I am allergic to nothing.

Whilst the test results provide some interesting information I will need to spend time understanding exactly what they are saying. The labelling of the results are not that clear to me in some cases e.g. Green beans. Does this mean all types of green beans?
The main reason the low rating is that; There was no return envelope in my pack and it took several days to receive a reply to my online contact asking about the return. I was advised to send further information so it could be recorded as a non-conforming pack. I did this but at no time was an offer made to send me the missing envelope which resulted in me having to pay £1:50 to track the return. I then had to contact yourselves again as my results had not been received. They were apparently stuck in the system! At this time I said about the tracking cost too and an apology was made and a refund has been processed. It was not a good customer experience.

I am very sorry to hear that your kit did not contain the return envelope. Our team has logged this incident of a nonconforming kit and takes this very seriously.
Our envelopes contained in the test kits at the time of purchase were not pre-paid and this £1.50 return postage charge was the purchaser's responsibility.
However, due to feedback, we have made the switch to pre-paid tracked return envelopes.
