I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Absolute nonsense. Shows intolerance and allergy to everything I was consuming few days prior to taking the test. Did not pick up in actual intolerances I have confirmed previously through proper blood tests. A joke not a test: Exactly same thing happened to my friend.

Positive changes

Very easy process and results were very comprehensive. Highlighted an intolerance to quite a few things which I would eat regularly. Some, such as plums, I was sort of aware of already but would take the hit because I liked them. Others, such as peanuts and Olive Oil, I'm not particularly convinced about and will need to experiment with. In particular I'm trying to be Wheat Gluten free and so far I don't appear to be producing so much gas. Other foods, such as onions, which I know I can only tolerate in small doses weren't on the list. A section of the report goes Into lifestyle changes that can be made but I found it quite general.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first but after reading some of the reviews I decided to take the test and see if the results matched, most of what I already knew regarding my own food intolerance. The result was spot on accurate, and then some. I am very impressed and this test will help guide me when eating certain foods.

Positive feedback.

The results took about ten days to come, and confirmed a few suspicions, but also showed me a few things I didn’t know about. One issue was coconut wasn’t tested, it’s a rare allergy but it’s good to know if it’s a problem as coconut and coconut oil are in so many products these days.

Changed my life

Suffered wIth ibs & constipation my whole life. Found out intolerant to milk protein mostly 99% and once eliminated my symptoms disappeared.

I’ve had no help about how to do the samples except a rubbish email from support it’s not explained I still need a plastic bag to be able to provide it I don’t know where to get one this is so specific it’s useless

Scam money back promises

You have deliberately delayed giving me a refund despite emailing over 5 times detailing my elimination diet and the fact your results did not match up to my own test results and experience.

waste of money tests are not accurate at all which is absolutely pointless sure you’d get different results if you sent it 2 samples at the same time under a different name

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear you feel this way about your blood test results. I am pleased to confirm our blood testing is completed using the medically recognised ELISA method of testing for IgE allergies. Repeatability for this method of testing and our blood IgE testing is >99% and samples sent at the same time for the same person would produce the same test results provided as long as the samples were taken at the same time and no dietary or medication changes had been made between the taking of the two samples.
