I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Need help to decipher properly

I suffer with Fibromyalgia and my cognitive skills are not good and it’s taken me a while to get a GP appt. I want to go over your findings with a nutritionist so I can be guided how to get the best out of it. I have serious gut problems with IBS, Diverticulitis and Lactose Intolerance that I know of so find it difficult eating the right stuff. Hopefully once I can get the nutritionist’s help this will have been invaluable

Ordered an at home menopause test from here, came really quickly and the test was easy to do and results easy to read. I did reach out to the customer service asking for advice after doing the test and they pointed me in the right direction and i now have a scheduled appointment with my GP regarding HRT. Comprehensive report.

The results are given in an easy to understand, jargon free, format and are very comprehensive. I’m looking forward to following the suggestions and seeing the improvement. I’ve been asking my doctor for a referral to a dietitian/nutrition specialist for months without success - won’t need it now! Money very well spent.

The staff were very helpful with the blood sample when I experienced difficulties. Also, when I received the results, the consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. She advised me on various issues relating to my allergies and intolerances. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

I thought the service was a super quick turnaround from sending the sample to getting my results. The results were really detailed but easy to read and very interesting! A lot of what came back really made sense in terms of how my body reacts to certain foods and it just confirmed a lot for me.

Process and results

The process was so easy to follow and recieved results in under a week. A lot of information and answers given in detail but easy to read and understand. Starting to make changes based on results and hoping it prevents constant symptoms I have been having.

Good service but I’m not sure about the results… The test was sent in good time and the directions for completing it was clear. Unfortunately I was not aware that I should stop taking piriton for 5 days before the test. So I think my results were skewed.

While we do recommend stopping antihistamines and certain types of other medications prior to taking your sample, in the case of antihistamines, this is just a precation. There was too much information. It showed I had an intolerance to many many things. When I first read the details I felt shocked and wondered if I should stop eating all those things about 90% but then realised that was impossible.
