Did not confirm receipt of the sample. Had to be chased to confirm this and had to be chased to supply the results.

I rang after not having received my results and having told me that they hadn't got them they did find them. Luckily I had proof of postage.

I've sent two e-mails in response to my test results, and no one has replied. Everything is explained there. Please read them.

It showed I had intolerances to everything I knew and a few more. I took this as a trial before my allergy appt in a few months. Waste of money gave me nothing more than what I knew.

I did two tests within one year of each other. Even though I did n 't change anything to my diet, the results changed drastically so I think there was a mistake but no-one is listening to me. If the results were correct, then I don't see the point in doing the tests if naturally these changes are going to occur. Save your money, don't order a test

Le test a inscrit les aliments que j’avais beaucoup consommer dans les jours avant le test et non ceux dont je suis intolérantes. Je suis intolérante au produit laitier et nul part il a sorti dans le test. Il m’a dit que j'avais 6 allergies et je n’ai aucune allergie c’était des aliments que ne consommais à chaque jour. Le procéder n’est pas bon malheureusement

I never got the two people test I ordered from them, and up to April 16th 2024, got no feedback from them. To be fair, I'll update this comment (if such an action is possible).

The items that came up as allergies were suspiciously exactly the same as my sisters. And the things I react to didn't come up as allergies or Intolerances. I feel like this is a scam that I spent alot of money on.

This did nothing for me, felt quite bogus. I think it just measured what I eat regularly and a lot of. Basically what your system has the most of in it at the time. The allergies that I know that I have did not show up at all.

First I constantly spoke to their chat line as hadn’t heard from them and when I finally received my test, I personally think it’s the same one they send everyone. It didn’t pinpoint anything and think it was generic to any person!

Results were nowhere near similar tests I’ve had in the past. I don’t trust the results at all and regret making the purchase.

Very detailed report, easish to understand. I believe it will be helpful in understanding how these foods & other items effect my health,& how to go about making changes if & when I can.

It's a very comprehensive intolerance test that's provided but I do question it's accuracy as I feel I do not have an intolerance to some items mentioned.

Service was fast but the results were poor. I was expecting a breakdown of the full sensitivity results. No explanations given just a general your sensitive to this Disappointed

Good range of things tested, but testing for things like cockroaches not relevant

The company needs to be more customer focused. I had a question to ask about my results, so I used the chat line who told me to email info@sensitivitycheck.com. I emailed them and received the same reply with recommendation to email info@sensitivitycheck.com (the same email that I had used). I only received as reply to my question when I asked them to give me an actual answer rather than passing me around in circles. I always thought that allergies developed when in adulthood remained with you for life, so can't understand why some of my allergies developed when I was in my 20s are no longer allergies. It would be better if the company had someone to discuss the results with customers who could make sure there were no queries about the results.
