I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Unfortunate experience for me. This test requires quite a bit of blood, which I didn't enjoy collecting! Then I was told there had been an error with my test (no issue with my sample) and I'd have to collect another sample. I wasn't willing to do this. Customer service were very good however, and refunded me what I had paid very quickly.

Scam money back promises

You have deliberately delayed giving me a refund despite emailing over 5 times detailing my elimination diet and the fact your results did not match up to my own test results and experience.

I have completed an investogation into this and I can see we received your sample 13th June and the results emailed 15th June. These were then resent 7th July and 11th July following contact with yourself. Disappointed

I didn't receive any confirmation when my samples were received and had to have up my results by phone. Also, I feel like I am intolerant to milk but it didn't show up on my results.

Improvements in symptoms can take as long as 6 weeks to show, especially with skin issues as it takes time for the skin to heal following the removal of the triggering food or environmental item. You have not yet contacted our team to discuss your test results or symptoms, but this could be very beneficial and help you understand your test results more and receive advice on how to proceed with your elimination diet.
