Le test a inscrit les aliments que j’avais beaucoup consommer dans les jours avant le test et non ceux dont je suis intolérantes. Je suis intolérante au produit laitier et nul part il a sorti dans le test. Il m’a dit que j'avais 6 allergies et je n’ai aucune allergie c’était des aliments que ne consommais à chaque jour. Le procéder n’est pas bon malheureusement

First I constantly spoke to their chat line as hadn’t heard from them and when I finally received my test, I personally think it’s the same one they send everyone. It didn’t pinpoint anything and think it was generic to any person!

This did nothing for me, felt quite bogus. I think it just measured what I eat regularly and a lot of. Basically what your system has the most of in it at the time. The allergies that I know that I have did not show up at all.

The items that came up as allergies were suspiciously exactly the same as my sisters. And the things I react to didn't come up as allergies or Intolerances. I feel like this is a scam that I spent alot of money on.

Service was fast but the results were poor. I was expecting a breakdown of the full sensitivity results. No explanations given just a general your sensitive to this Disappointed

I never got the two people test I ordered from them, and up to April 16th 2024, got no feedback from them. To be fair, I'll update this comment (if such an action is possible).

Results were nowhere near similar tests I’ve had in the past. I don’t trust the results at all and regret making the purchase.

No email confirming my order, had to chase my kit. Then had to chase the results

The company needs to be more customer focused. I had a question to ask about my results, so I used the chat line who told me to email info@sensitivitycheck.com. I emailed them and received the same reply with recommendation to email info@sensitivitycheck.com (the same email that I had used). I only received as reply to my question when I asked them to give me an actual answer rather than passing me around in circles. I always thought that allergies developed when in adulthood remained with you for life, so can't understand why some of my allergies developed when I was in my 20s are no longer allergies. It would be better if the company had someone to discuss the results with customers who could make sure there were no queries about the results.

I never received the results. In addition I have not been able to access my account online. I have put in my email address and asked for a new password nothing has happened. There is not one call

It took several emails for me to get my results and then my result basically said i was allergic to nothing. I takke 3-4 allergy pills per day and still have allergy attacks daily. There is no way I am allergic to nothing.

I emailed for more information and heard nothing back. Seemed a waste of money if all I know now is I have a miscellaneous allergy.

Well if I had actually received what I paid it would help!!!!!!

Didn’t receive anything. No communication

I don’t know what I am retiring for….

Satisfied with the service, ease of submitting hair sample, quick results and communication, also liked the detailed breakdown of results but I don’t believe in the validity of test results. Items I know I am intolerant to were not flagged at all which I find strange, meaning I didn’t trust the other results.

I have ordered mid January and have still not received my results. Once I received confirmation that my test has arrived it took 7 days to get an email to inform me that there was an error with my sample. The error was implied to not have enough blood to test, however, the sample card was supplied as requested. I was offered a replacement kit directly from the lab, however, I had to chase them three times to get confirmation on said replacement. Customer service from Test Your Intolerance wasn't helpful and have only "highlighted" this with the lab itself. Another week of back and forth, I received confirmation that the replacement kit "will be sent off soon", which took nearly another week to arrive, and offered fast-track testing - once my sample has arrived. The replacement kit, assuming as it came from the lab and not Test Your Intolerance, was slightly different and did not come with a pre-paid envelope, meaning I actually had to pay extra to send the new sample off. I have sent a new sample off on a Monday as recommended and have yet to hear if it has even arrived - it is now Sunday. I am now on week 4 of waiting for results with poor communication and customer service and still none the wiser. While I appreciate this problem seems to be mostly with the lab itself, communication between the lab and Test Your Intolerance seems to be non-existing as I had to sort everything out myself. Considering the price I expect better customer service.

Absolute nonsense. Shows intolerance and allergy to everything I was consuming few days prior to taking the test. Did not pick up in actual intolerances I have confirmed previously through proper blood tests. A joke not a test: Exactly same thing happened to my friend.

Heard nothing from them. Chased for results but no response
