I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

No revelant intolerances or allergies found, yet refund was refused. My health situation remains exactly as it was before I spent the money. Don't believe the advert.

Improvements in symptoms can take as long as 6 weeks to show, especially with skin issues as it takes time for the skin to heal following the removal of the triggering food or environmental item. You have not yet contacted our team to discuss your test results or symptoms, but this could be very beneficial and help you understand your test results more and receive advice on how to proceed with your elimination diet. Positive feedback.

The results took about ten days to come, and confirmed a few suspicions, but also showed me a few things I didn’t know about. One issue was coconut wasn’t tested, it’s a rare allergy but it’s good to know if it’s a problem as coconut and coconut oil are in so many products these days.
