I particulrly like the idea of knowing what could be causing symptoms and putting the information given within the report into effect by following exclusion diet ( for short length of time ) = well worth it ... I have tried and been helped and am faithful to periodic testing because of my very sensitive system. All thanks to everyone and I must add that the Customer Service team are way Above and Beyond being willingly help~full. Thank and Praise.

After ordering my test, following the instructions provided and sending it back, I received an email stating there had been an error with the test in the lab, and I had to re-do the test. I waited three weeks for the test to arrive but didn't receive nothing, and on following up on emails, I had no responce (that made me feel that I had been scammed as a customer). On my third follow up, I finally got a responce and requested a refund, but was still left out of pocket as I had to originally pay for the test to be sent back Tracked and Signed for (£6.90). Very disappointed in this service, I hope no-one has to go through what I did.

Unfortunate experience for me. This test requires quite a bit of blood, which I didn't enjoy collecting! Then I was told there had been an error with my test (no issue with my sample) and I'd have to collect another sample. I wasn't willing to do this. Customer service were very good however, and refunded me what I had paid very quickly.

Ordered an at home menopause test from here, came really quickly and the test was easy to do and results easy to read. I did reach out to the customer service asking for advice after doing the test and they pointed me in the right direction and i now have a scheduled appointment with my GP regarding HRT. Scam money back promises

I have completed an investogation into this and I can see we received your sample 13th June and the results emailed 15th June. These were then resent 7th July and 11th July following contact with yourself. Our web and IT teams were alerted and looked into any issues regarding outgoing emails to ensure this does not happen again. Disappointed

I didn't receive any confirmation when my samples were received and had to have up my results by phone. Also, I feel like I am intolerant to milk but it didn't show up on my results.
