I must admit I was nervous about placing an order after reading many reviews which were 1* and telling people to avoid this company, however they had the products I was after and the price seemed right so I pushed the button to place the order. Next day I received an email saying that the order would be delayed 7-10 days and I thought I was in for a 1* experience as well, however only 2 days went by and I received another email saying the order would ship shortly and it duly arrived within a few days. All round a good experience in the end despite a slight delay, but the communication via email was good and accurate so a 5* rating from me! I did not need to contact customer services by phone so can't tell if those problems people have mentioned still exist. 24/2/2024
They sent the wrong product,very cheap looking. Also,it keeps giving different names- I used it as it was call Physioparts.ie,and I thought it was a local Irish company.
I got charged by physioparts.nl and this is from physioparts.uk
I do not trust this "shop".
Also it was expensive; I might have reconsidered when I saw how much shipping cost from "Ireland",but thought it was large...it was a cheap product nothing like the advertised one.
Ordered an item, then got an e-mail saying said item will be delivered in 3 months. I'd tou haven't got the item in stock, don't awll it without informing customers about delays!

Vey long delivery time! Unfortunately I waited for around 5 weeks for my order to arrive. Given that I bought a product needed for sports (ancle brace) I was hoping for the product to arrive earlier. The product itself is good though.
