Problem with order charged via Amazonpay. Mistake made on payment card thus payment not fulfilled. When trying to to correct to right charge card, blitzhandel 24 absolutely useless! Despite protracted conversation with agent Rivera. She failed to understand problem.

I could not get them to answer the phone so a little cautious on first purchase but we had out licence within 24 hours.

Still waiting for item. Communications good but delivery taking a fairly long time

Sell a valid product. Give a valid licence for the correct region. After I month and so many emails supplied to the seller I have yet to receive my refund. A JERK at the seller wants me to sign an affadavit after scamming. How many others have been scammed. THIS IS A SCAM

The software down loaded would not install and therefor I cannot use it. So I have emailed Blitzhandel24 for a refund. I tried yo use your site to progress this but as it is in German and cannot be translated, it is useless to me.

Item Purchased would not download so BLITZHANDEL24 as joined my other sites to steer clear from.

Your website had not been updated to say, certain software was compatible with windows, 11. The download of the software was not straightforward, because it asked for the serial number, which I presumed was of my computer, instead it was the key number you provided. I couldn’t get a response from you because it was 5 o’clock on Saturday so I couldn’t get an answer till Monday.

It's a pity you dont give refunds on disital down loaded sofware like other do you reasons seen to suggest cutomers cant be trusted .but when pay for somthing and its not for the hype on what programs can do is not transperant and one doenst know that what you bought it for is not offered .when actualy trying to use the program .

1 your websitw is difficult to ust as it uses German anf English in apparently random fashiom 2 Your download does not work thtough Mazolla. 3 Telepone contact is diverted to Email but Wmails are not handled promptly

Dragon 13 Home Edition Upgrade works very well, with useful technical help provided for the installation.
