TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

Ordered a product that is no longer manufactured for Mac - so the product is listed for sale - downloaded fine but cannot install. Was NOT offered a refund; asked to fill in a form for a voucher - still NOT arrived.

It will not let me give ZERO stars, so one has to do, I purchased a mobile phone security package that wouldn't work correctly as it was old software! and when you want a refund, you have to jump through hoops! never again!
