Respect the fact that customers have a 14 day cooling period if they dont want the software. Your software would not download on my system. I showed you the error message as proof. I was not happy with you trying to solve the problem by taking over my computer and I asked for a refund well within the 14 days. You ignored me. I cannot recommend you to anybody unless you refund my money.

Blitzhandel24 sold me a prohram called Power Director24 Ultimate. Despite a mumber of phone calls to Germany to try to get my program sent, downloaded and used, we still do not have access to our purchase. We are left with no option, but to ask for a refund through our bank's intervention.

The ACDSee download link you sent me gave me a German version, but I'd purchased English. The Product Key was correct for an English version. The ACDSee sales help Chat service sorted the problem for me.

Took ages to reply and wouldnt provide a refund despite selling a piece of software that is obsolete and incompatible with the latest version of Windows

I could not load their product onto my computer but they still took my money. They get one star for, at least, replying to my emails.

The software was supposed to be used in Germany. I had to use VPN to successfully install it. It should have mentioned on the website.

The product appears good but was complex to download and I needed help and still not sure if have done everything correctly

It appears I have purchased through an unorthorised third party vendor and there is no license to use the Autocad LT 24 I purchased from Blitzhandle. I couldn't activate it through Autodesk.

The code number supplied had apparently been supplied to others. If this is not a scam it’s very close to it.

Bought Kaspersky Premium for 3 machines. Kaspersky not recognising it as a valid purchase.

Will not refund on software that will not work on one's computer.

Make it much clearer when software is in the German language.
