TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

my experience with Blitzhandel was very good. the pricing was very reasonable and the transaction went very smoothly without problems. i can not really think of any improvements that they could make as a company at present.
