I like the fact that you can choose a relatively cheap product such as Microsoft Word 2010 or if you want to spend a little more you can get Microsoft Word 2013 - and many other options. Download is immediate and the licensing is genuine.

everything was great, but to get the five star rateing the delivery was a bit to long, when compared to other companys, but saying that i would still use blitzhandel again.

The website I downloaded the software from, was complicated and not at all user friendly. When the software was downloaded, it was a trial version which was supposed to become the full version once the product key was entered. Only it didn't. On top of which the software can only be accessed through their server platform - so if the company goes bust or the server goes down, then you lose access to the product you've paid a lifetime licence for. A complete waste of money. I will will warn everyone I know to stay clear of this company.

Download went into spam folder and I didn't find it for 4 days...any way this could be avoided? Otherwise, all fine.
