TRULY DISGUSTING SERVICE. Discussed purchase of Kasperkly product by telephone prior to purchase and confirmd it had a woldwide license as described on their web site. The product provided has only a European license. They ADMIT web site is wrong; and confirm license is Europe only. I have confirmed in writing no attempt has been made to use the license. They refuse refund.

I wanted to buy a software product and had specific questions about it, so I emailed these and was truly astonished to get a list of precise, accurate and prompt replies which enabled me to decide whether or not to buy it.
