We live in North Yorkshire and found this wonderful furniture store whilst visiting Bath…….what a find ! An amazing selection of traditional and contemporary furniture, displayed beautifully over many floors. Sally, a most pleasant sales lady, helped us to make our choice of table, chairs and sideboard - her extensive knowledge of all the ranges was so helpful and her input most valuable and welcome. Delivery was arranged by Stuart ( of dispatch)…..so lovely to speak to an actual person - who was charming and most accommodating. Our furniture arrived yesterday, transported and delivered by Sam and Jake who were most pleasant and helpful…… even though the trip took them almost 5 hours , they assembled the table and demonstrated how it extends and then positioned everything as I requested- nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new furniture…..it looks perfect in our new kitchen diner. Many thanks to the whole Hays team…….it has been a joy to shop with a company where customer service is their priority……..we'll definitely be returning soon !
Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen!
However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite
Excellent quality and product range backed up with top notch service.

Great customer service
Having recently bought a new bed I found everyone that I dealt with to be helpful especially the delivery department from the man organising the schedule to the delivery guys, Steve and Nate who were courteous, professional and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very pleased with all the staff who dealt with us (Rebecca & another lady) also Sam & Steve who delivered the chairs. It was nice to be treated like a customer should be. Many thanks.
TR Hayes has been amazing from buying products, holding in storage through to the delivery.
The sales staff are helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy, this shop has everything I needed to look at with multiple choices.
Arranging delivery was amazingly easy, with phones returned when promised.
We had an issue (at our end), which meant the goods could not be delivered straight away, TR Hayes held these goods we purchased until we need them, this went on for months, shop has been more than helpful.
Delivery of goods, wow, Steve and Jake were fantastic. Polite, kind, helpful, cleaned up after themselves. They were supper nice to both my dogs, who were helping put the delivery together :-)
Thank you TR Hayes, we will be back when we need more goods.

Great service and support to select the correct armchair
I needed to buy a chair to help with my backache Ben the salesperson was excellent very knowledgeable and ensured that I made the right choice. The delivery from Sam & Jake was very efficient unpacked the chair put it together and took away the packaging - Many thanks to you all.

The service you receive from Hayes is brilliant....good old fashioned courtesy, helpfulness and great knowledge of their ranges. Elaine, then Steve and Jake delivering our new chairs are all a credit to you!

Helpful staff and efficient processes
Phil was very helpful, supporting us in working through the options and fabrics for our two sofas.
The ordering and delivery scheduling process worked smoothly.
Steve and Jake provided a good humoured and efficient delivery service, cheerfully assembling and carrying the sofas to their 1st floor destination.

Nate and Sam were spot on!
We had a new mattress delivered by Nate and Sam on Thursday. They arrived within the time frame we had been notified of. They were two very pleasant, personable chaps who had no complaints about dragging a used mattress down the stairs and hoisting a new, heavy one back up. Both cheerful and pleasant to have in the house.

I have bought a number of pieces from TR Hayes over the years, their high quality products and friendly professional staff are the reason I return.
I want to particularly say a big thank you to Sam and Nathan for their excellent delivery service. The care they provided in delivering a number of items was second to non. They really are incredible assets to the company.

Excellent service both in the shop and afterwards
When we were choosing a new bed Julia took us through all the options in a calm and relaxed way and answered all our questions. We felt under no pressure to make a purchase. The bed was delivered by Paul and Nate in a very professional manner. They were excellent at working out how to get the bed base round the corner at the bottom of the stairs. They even moved plants and pictures to ensure no damage was done. We will certainly be choosing Hayes again.

Our original order of floor lamps was unavailable. Ben found a replacement.
The floor lamps were delivered an assembled by Sam & Paul. I had received a call to say they would be arriving in 20 minutes, perfect timing for me to pop home from work. Sam & Paul were very polite, efficient and said if we have any problems just to give a call. Also discovered they deliver all over the country, not just in the Bath area. Lovely guys and a pleasure to have deliver our lamps.

Sofas
Like: good service in store from Ben though did not keep in touch about progress. To be competitive the company should incentivise free delivery.
Very liked: Great delivery guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steve and Paul - they were incredible with my young puppy. Great service.
Don’t like: planning and organisation of the delivery. Stuart was more concerned about being overwhelmed and less concerned about what worked for the customer. I had to take two days off work because of miscommunication. Perhaps he needs some support. Though he did refund our delivery charge.
