We live in North Yorkshire and found this wonderful furniture store whilst visiting Bath…….what a find ! An amazing selection of traditional and contemporary furniture, displayed beautifully over many floors. Sally, a most pleasant sales lady, helped us to make our choice of table, chairs and sideboard - her extensive knowledge of all the ranges was so helpful and her input most valuable and welcome. Delivery was arranged by Stuart ( of dispatch)…..so lovely to speak to an actual person - who was charming and most accommodating. Our furniture arrived yesterday, transported and delivered by Sam and Jake who were most pleasant and helpful…… even though the trip took them almost 5 hours , they assembled the table and demonstrated how it extends and then positioned everything as I requested- nothing was too much trouble and we are delighted with our new furniture…..it looks perfect in our new kitchen diner. Many thanks to the whole Hays team…….it has been a joy to shop with a company where customer service is their priority……..we'll definitely be returning soon !
Our ordered bed settee was originally due to be delivered at beginning of Dec. 2023. It was delayed by the manufacturer until late Jan this year. but I was only informed of this when I phoned Hayes to obtain a specific day in early Dec. I was told then that I would be informed immediately it came in in Jan. and would be delivered on the first delivery day for our area. Again that did not happen!
However I must give full credit to Frank and Rob our delivery team who took every possible care to ensure the item and our newly decorated rooms were not damaged. They took time to explain the bed settee mechanism and were both very polite
Both Paul and Phil were polite and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. I had my snuggler delivered through the front door and the larger sofa had to be transported to come in through the back door. I had removed the door to the front room to give more room and they replaced it for me before they left.
Very satisfied with the service.

Fantastic service from buying, to a great and very helpful delivery!!!
Really happy with the service from buying our new bed to the delivery and installation by Arron & Dom, who very kindly took off their shoes after seeing the cream bedroom carpet, they were very careful and mindful getting the bed upstairs after unpacking it in the van to save any dirt coming into the house!!! Thanks guys, great job!!!!

Bought a new sofa from TR Hayes, excellent service from purchase to delivery. Kept fully informed all the way until delivery, which was today, couldn’t fault the delivery guys Tony and Dom, brought it into house and checked everything, absolutely loving my new sofa! Thanks TRHayes, we will be back!

Excellent service throughout
Professional and attentive help with choosing furniture from Phil Bartlett. When there was an issue with the order Mark O’Grady went over and above to resolve it. The delivery duo of Tony and Dom were thoughtful and careful about the way they handled the delivery, unpacking and assembly of the furniture.

Frank and Paul delivered the item of furniture at the time promised. They managed to get it through the doorway which is notoriously difficult in our house and completed the assembly despite the tools provided by the maker being unsuitable for the task. Would recommend them to anyone.

Phil and Dom delivered our sofa efficiently and on time. The removal of existing sofa- bed was rather difficult and challenging but needless to say the boys managed to manoeuvre the large and heavy sofa through awkward doorways with great skill and success. Well done lads.
Amazing choice of furniture, really helpful guidance from Julia, careful delivery by Paul and Phill. We are delightd with all four items: a striking and comfy chair, a beautiful rug which goes with it, and two stylish pieces of office furniture made of recycled wood.

Excellent service
We had excellent service from the Salesperson, Phil, who took us to just the right sofa we were looking for having described what we were after. He was knowledgeable and helpful as we selected the fabric from the many choices.
The sofa arrived within a month of ordering and as a bonus was British-made.
It was delivered by Frank and Dom who were also very friendly and were able to successfully remove the old and bigger sofa without any kind of damage even though there was little room to spare..

Great Customer service and incredibly Knowledgeable
Many thanks to Sally who really helped us with the very difficult task of buying a new bed. There are so many options and Sally was very patient with our many questions. It did take a few hours, but with Sally's help and the help of another chap (sorry can't remember his name) we made our purchase. The 8 -12 weeks we were given for delivery ended up only being 4 weeks, so we are now in possession of our new bed that was delivered and set up by Frank & Dom, who were a delight. From start to finish we were so glad that we had bought from a local company.
A good thing to know is that we only had to pay a deposit , whereas the likes of John Lewis want the full payment at the time of order!!
