I bought a used Sigma 150-500mm lens for Pentax and picked up the lens at the store and examined that there are bits of dust particles inside. It's a used lens but when you collect it you are left at your own devices to check if it is worth the amount you paid regardless whether you check it or not as it may not be described on advertised. You also get a paper bag with flimsy handle which for the weight of the Sigma super telephoto lens is only good for hiding what's inside. Anyway when the strap gave way, I was quick enough to break the fall.

I reported a website fault which wasn't allowing me free postage on a camera I was buying. They sorted it out whilst I was on the chatbot with them so I was able to order immediately. I decided on the free postage and to my pleasant surprise I received the camera the next day, which was also a Saturday, so excellent service there. Everything was packed well and all in working order. I was very pleased with Castle Cameras, who were also the cheapest using Google shopping.

After sending an email to enquire about a product I received a response to enquire what I was looking for and the exact product I had .. they went off a measured it for me so I was able to buy with confidence knowing it would fit .. how good was that service well impressed.. thanks guys will definitely be back

The staff were very helpful over the phone and got back to me promptly with the answer to my question. Item was delivered promptly by courier on the day specified. Great Service and would definitely use these guys again!

Plus Batteries and chargers arrived promply MINUS BUT I put on order alternative delivery instructions as requested. I then got an email saying that it is not possible to give alt instructions to courier. That is not good especially for people who are not in. Luckily I was in when package came but I left, as usual, a note on door. Why ask if not possible? Please amend

The online shop is logically and clearly laid out. After I ordered, the items that were instock were delivered promptly. There have been follow up emails to explain that part of the order is being supplied by the manufacturer of the lens. The size of the lens pouches that I ordered, was not easy to find, and that part of the website could be beneficially improved.

This was only a small order. Having found that this item was not available in the foreseeable future from a much bigger supplier, I searched again and found it here. Placed my order, easy transaction and Sam day dispatch. Arrived very quickly to my remote location, so what’s not to like. Maybe I’ll try Castle cameras first in the future. Many thanks.

I had been looking for a genuine Fuji lens hood to replace the one I had lost ten months ago. Most camera stores did not have stock, but Castle Cameras did. The lens hood arrived very quickly and in good condition due to the excellent packaging. It was just what I wanted, and so I am very pleased with the service given by Castle Cameras.

I purchased a 2nd hand Nikon D500 on line and collected from the Salisbury shop. These guys get Customer Service totally. The camera itself had been underscored and was spotless. The staff were engaging and professional in dealing with any queries I raised. Castle Cameras are now my go to camera shop 😀

The item i wanted is VERY hard to find in the UK but they have tried to source it and kept me informed all the way, contacting me with info without me having to chase them. Excellent customer relations.

Discounted price on my order after doing a search for a specific camera accessory. Probably a promotional introductory price either way it is a good business strategy.

The price of the item I purchased was £20 cheaper then other camera shops and it arrived well packed and very quickly. From ordering to receing was less than 24 hrs.
