The transaction went smoothly, however the item required wasn’t in stock. I was informed of this straight away and am happy that it has been ordered from their supplier.

This was only a small order. Having found that this item was not available in the foreseeable future from a much bigger supplier, I searched again and found it here. Placed my order, easy transaction and Sam day dispatch. Arrived very quickly to my remote location, so what’s not to like. Maybe I’ll try Castle cameras first in the future. Many thanks.

I had been looking for a genuine Fuji lens hood to replace the one I had lost ten months ago. Most camera stores did not have stock, but Castle Cameras did. The lens hood arrived very quickly and in good condition due to the excellent packaging. It was just what I wanted, and so I am very pleased with the service given by Castle Cameras.

Item despatched and delivered quickly

I reported a website fault which wasn't allowing me free postage on a camera I was buying. They sorted it out whilst I was on the chatbot with them so I was able to order immediately. I decided on the free postage and to my pleasant surprise I received the camera the next day, which was also a Saturday, so excellent service there. Everything was packed well and all in working order. I was very pleased with Castle Cameras, who were also the cheapest using Google shopping.
