I am a serious distance runner, with a 2.49 pb and am really focused on running a sub - 3 next year, at age 55.
I purchased 3 different styles of Compressport socks and I just cannot tell you what a difference the mid height racing socks have made to my comfort on my runs. My feet, ankles and heels feel so supported, I just never realised what a difference it would make. As a bonus, the socks look great as well. The online order and delivery was seamless and this has truly been my running discovery of 2023!
I messaged them on two different occasions and received no reply! I should have been entitled to a free belt but it wanted to charge me for it on my order. I messaged about this and no reply, no emails whatsoever from the company with updates on order confirmation, postage or tracking, had to follow it all through the account. Did the tracking this way and had translate it all from French when I thought I was ordering from the UK. I feel the shorts are too small and wanted to send them back but due to the communication issues did not feel I could do this so I am having to struggle on with £75.00 shorts that are too small. Not very happy with the service at all.
I was really looking forward to getting these and was really excited when they showed up. The material looked amazing! However, when I tried them on, I was disappointed in the sizing. They are just too small. The size chart only offers the thickness of the thigh as the only gauge! WTH?! I ordered a large, similar to other leggings I’ve ordered from other manufacturers and these weren’t even close. I don’t think the XL would fit. I truly think that these could be great winter leggings! I would love to get a pair that fits! Please revise your size chart.

I have an item to return. I have completed 2 online contact forms which I have been advised have been received but I've had no response, I have telephoned but no-one answers the phone. I have requested a return online but have had no details to follow this up to activate. Very poor.

It was sent backto the delivery depot
saying the driver could not find the address
The delivery company say they will try
again next working day (Tuesday)
