I am a serious distance runner, with a 2.49 pb and am really focused on running a sub - 3 next year, at age 55.
I purchased 3 different styles of Compressport socks and I just cannot tell you what a difference the mid height racing socks have made to my comfort on my runs. My feet, ankles and heels feel so supported, I just never realised what a difference it would make. As a bonus, the socks look great as well. The online order and delivery was seamless and this has truly been my running discovery of 2023!
I messaged them on two different occasions and received no reply! I should have been entitled to a free belt but it wanted to charge me for it on my order. I messaged about this and no reply, no emails whatsoever from the company with updates on order confirmation, postage or tracking, had to follow it all through the account. Did the tracking this way and had translate it all from French when I thought I was ordering from the UK. I feel the shorts are too small and wanted to send them back but due to the communication issues did not feel I could do this so I am having to struggle on with £75.00 shorts that are too small. Not very happy with the service at all.
I didn’t receive my order. Despite chasing I have not received a helpful response

I ordered a jacket that was too tight and i needed to return it or preferably exchange it for a bigger size. I followed the instructions on my account order history. I did not received any response so I sent another message, then another one after a couple of days. I sent 3 messages, one direct email, a facebook message and a FB post to Compresssport. Zero responses! I love Compresssport products but the service is nonexistent.

No confirmation email, no email to let me know half my order was out of stock.
No reply to numerous online messages from me to query why they were cancelling half order without telling me. No shipping reduction despite this

Incorrect address put on parcel. The address on the account is correct. Contacted the company who said I had to contact parcel force myself. They sent me the link. I filled out the form only to be told it needs to be changed by the sender. Recontacted the company attaching the email from parcel force. Still not heard anything and still haven't received my good from them.

I haven’t yet received my package so I am extremely disappointed. I have also had to pay U.K. import duty which apparently is mentioned in the small print but which I didn’t see. They need to make this clearer. Although I still don’t have my items so I might have more to complain about soon!!!

Lost my packages worth $1,036.00
Lost two of my packages (order #JMBLBOQPJ $221.00 and #YSANFTUGS $815.00). There has been no response to my requests to track parcels or return money. I am a long-time and regular customer. Very disappointed with Compressport.

Products are fantastic but customer service seems to be non-existent. Emailed and messaged several times regarding a returns label - still waiting for a reply. Such a shame as the products really are exceptional quality.
