Product arrived as expected,
Delivery company (TNT) where diffucult to deal with. They said that "they had tried to deliver the package twice and left a note but we were not in", which was untrue as on both occasions (when they said they tried to delivery) there was someone in the house with no note left. Finally after trying to contact them by phone many times I was able to get the delivery organised.

Faster than expected
I was a little uncertain about ordering but could only get this product from the EU, as it is not available in the UK. Shopping was a good price and it arrived in 4 days from the order (faster than some UK companies).
would i recommend yes.
would i use it again Yes.
