Product arrived as expected, Delivery company (TNT) where diffucult to deal with. They said that "they had tried to deliver the package twice and left a note but we were not in", which was untrue as on both occasions (when they said they tried to delivery) there was someone in the house with no note left. Finally after trying to contact them by phone many times I was able to get the delivery organised.

Rinsekit Pro

Ordering was simple. Delivery was really quick and inexpensive. There was no import tax to pay to have it delivered to me in the UK. The shower was well packaged, double boxed. The only issue I have is not being able to contact them. I've emailed them twice, once in English and once in French but no reply to date. Had I received a response I would have given 5 stars.
